And Still, I Lead

I started this the same way I start most things — mid-sentence, mid-exhaustion, mid-something I couldn’t name yet.

There was no clean beginning. No morning when I woke up and thought: today I’ll build a blog. It was more like I had been carrying something for a long time and finally decided to stop pretending I wasn’t.

This is not a place for polished answers. I don’t have those. What I have is the middle — the 6am that comes before the meeting, the version of leadership that nobody photographs, the ambition that lives right next to the bone-tired.

I’m writing this for the woman who is leading something and still unsure she’s doing it right. For the mother who is building something and grieving the parts of herself she thought she’d get to keep. For everyone who woke up in the middle of a life they chose and thought: this is harder than I expected, and I’m still here.

And still, I lead.

Not because I have it figured out. Because I showed up anyway.

Welcome.
